It has achieved several milestones, including:

• Accreditation from the Department of Health (DOH), POEA/DMW, as well as various international organizations and countries
• Recognition as the official medical partner of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines – Episcopal Commission on Clergy
• Achievement of ISO certification, demonstrating its commitment to quality management and continuous improvement
• Recognition for excellence through various awards and distinctions
• Establishment of partnerships with the United Kingdom Department of Health, National Ambulance Co. (Abu Dhabi), British Chamber of Commerce, European Chamber, Israel Chamber, Philippine Korea Economic Council (PHILKOREC), Taiwan Chamber, Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS), Philippine Retirement Authority, and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• Founding of the Sacred Heart Priestly Mission Foundation in 2007 to further extend and support medical missions
